Small Tong Ho (Crown Daisy)

Small Tong Ho is a leafy green member of the daisy family. Native to the Mediterranean but somewhat infrequently used there, its distinctive flavor is used to great effect primarily in Asian cooking. They have a nice, light peppery taste that makes them ideal soup greens.
