Moringa Leaves

Drumstick leaves possess a slightly bitter flavor having grass like undertone and often with horseradish like heat. Leaves are small, ovate to obovate, tear-drop shaped. Leaflets are feathery, vibrant green, smooth, thick, and firm usually in a tripinnate structure. While cooking, it releases a distinct grassy like aroma.
